Now Boarding was co-founded in 2025 by director Olivier Agostini in partnership with French Productions.

Olivier Agostini is an award-winning director and creative director whose work has earned him multiple Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, the Young Director Award at Cannes, and inclusion in SHOOT Magazine’s New Directors Showcase. He’s led creative for industry giants such as Apple, Nike, Google, Netflix, and LVMH. Agostini previously served as the Executive Creative Director at Rosewood Creative and Head Of Creative at Stept Studios.

French Productions EP, Carling French, has been producing global campaigns for over a decade. If you ask her, she was a Producer way before she knew what production was. When she found out that a career existed where she could “get it done” all day (and get paid!), she was hooked and never looked back.
